  First timer. Not bad. You get a lot of food. I got a half sandwich and salad and the salad covered the whole plate. It looked like the sandwich I ordered had cheese sauce on it in the pic but it was just melted cheddar. Cheese sauce would've been great but it's not their fault I didn't read it. The cashier was polite and the food was served in a timely fashion. They serve Cinnabon which looked amazing. I would've liked one but I also like to at least sort of fit in my clothes.

  I normally love Schlotzskys but this location is horrendous! My sandwich was made completely wrong (despite being a sandwich on the menu requiring no special instructions) so I called to inform them it was wrong and I'd be coming back. Brianca answered the phone, told me I was a liar because she had made it correctly, and told me to hang up the phone. The manager took the phone and made the situation right but the way Brianca acted is inexcusable.

  Never will I dine there again.  We found a hair in a kids turkey sandwich, a hair in the kids pizza and a hair in the cookie that comes with the kids meal.  This is all in one dinning may I add. Disgusting

  Got a classic sandwich, fries, and a drink.  Server was friendly and fast.  Food came out super fast.  Food was delicious as it always is.  They have a rewards program which is great.  They used to have this place in Michigan too, and I loved it then.  Wish I lived closer to Lafayette, would come more regularly.

  Excellent service, food was great, the place was clean. I didn't have a single complaint!
